1A Prayer of Moses, the man of God. Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.
1（神人摩西的祈禱）主啊，你世世代代作我們的居所。
2Before the mountains were born Or You gave birth to the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
2諸山未曾生出，地與世界你未曾造成，從亙古到永遠，你是神。
3You turn man back into dust And say, 'Return, O children of men.'
3你使人歸於塵土，說：你們世人要歸回。
4For a thousand years in Your sight Are like yesterday when it passes by, Or [as] a watch in the night.
4在你看來，千年如已過的昨日，又如夜間的一更。
5You have swept them away like a flood, they fall asleep; In the morning they are like grass which sprouts anew.
5你叫他們如水沖去；他們如睡一覺。早晨，他們如生長的草，
6In the morning it flourishes and sprouts anew; Toward evening it fades and withers away.
6早晨發芽生長，晚上割下枯乾。
7For we have been consumed by Your anger And by Your wrath we have been dismayed.
7我們因你的怒氣而消滅，因你的忿怒而驚惶。
8You have placed our iniquities before You, Our secret [sins] in the light of Your presence.
8你將我們的罪孽擺在你面前，將我們的隱惡擺在你面光之中。
9For all our days have declined in Your fury; We have finished our years like a sigh.
9我們經過的日子都在你震怒之下；我們度盡的年歲好像一聲歎息。
10As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, Or if due to strength, eighty years, Yet their pride is [but] labor and sorrow; For soon it is gone and we fly away.
10我們一生的年日是七十歲，若是強壯可到八十歲；但其中所矜誇的不過是勞苦愁煩，轉眼成空，我們便如飛而去。
11Who understands the power of Your anger And Your fury, according to the fear that is due You?
11誰曉得你怒氣的權勢？誰按著你該受的敬畏曉得你的忿怒呢？
12So teach us to number our days, That we may present to You a heart of wisdom.
12求你指教我們怎樣數算自己的日子，好叫我們得著智慧的心。
13Do return, O LORD; how long [will it be]? And be sorry for Your servants.
13耶和華啊，我們要等到幾時呢？求你轉回，為你的僕人後悔。
14O satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness, That we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
14求你使我們早早飽得你的慈愛，好叫我們一生一世歡呼喜樂。
15Make us glad according to the days You have afflicted us, [And] the years we have seen evil.
15求你照著你使我們受苦的日子，和我們遭難的年歲，叫我們喜樂。
16Let Your work appear to Your servants And Your majesty to their children.
16願你的作為向你僕人顯現；願你的榮耀向他們子孫顯明。
17Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us; And confirm for us the work of our hands; Yes, confirm the work of our hands.
17願主─我們神的榮美歸於我們身上。願你堅立我們手所做的工；我們手所做的工，願你堅立。
