1A Psalm of David, for a memorial. O LORD, rebuke me not in Your wrath, And chasten me not in Your burning anger.
1（大衛的記念詩。）耶和華啊，求你不要在怒中責備我，不要在烈怒中懲罰我！
2For Your arrows have sunk deep into me, And Your hand has pressed down on me.
2因為，你的箭射入我身；你的手壓住我。
3There is no soundness in my flesh because of Your indignation; There is no health in my bones because of my sin.
3因你的惱怒，我的肉無一完全；因我的罪過，我的骨頭也不安寧。
4For my iniquities are gone over my head; As a heavy burden they weigh too much for me.
4我的罪孽高過我的頭，如同重擔叫我擔當不起。
5My wounds grow foul [and] fester Because of my folly.
5因我的愚昧，我的傷發臭流膿。
6I am bent over and greatly bowed down; I go mourning all day long.
6我疼痛，大大拳曲，終日哀痛。
7For my loins are filled with burning, And there is no soundness in my flesh.
7我滿腰是火；我的肉無一完全。
8I am benumbed and badly crushed; I groan because of the agitation of my heart.
8我被壓傷，身體疲倦；因心裡不安，我就唉哼。
9Lord, all my desire is before You; And my sighing is not hidden from You.
9主啊，我的心願都在你面前；我的歎息不向你隱瞞。
10My heart throbs, my strength fails me; And the light of my eyes, even that has gone from me.
10我心跳動，我力衰微，連我眼中的光也沒有了。
11My loved ones and my friends stand aloof from my plague; And my kinsmen stand afar off.
11我的良朋密友因我的災病都躲在旁邊站著；我的親戚本家也遠遠地站立。
12Those who seek my life lay snares [for me]; And those who seek to injure me have threatened destruction, And they devise treachery all day long.
12那尋索我命的設下網羅；那想要害我的口出惡言，終日思想詭計。
13But I, like a deaf man, do not hear; And [I am] like a mute man who does not open his mouth.
13但我如聾子不聽，像啞巴不開口。
14Yes, I am like a man who does not hear, And in whose mouth are no arguments.
14我如不聽見的人，口中沒有回話。
15For I hope in You, O LORD; You will answer, O Lord my God.
15耶和華啊，我仰望你！主─我的神啊，你必應允我！
16For I said, 'May they not rejoice over me, [Who], when my foot slips, would magnify themselves against me.'
16我曾說：恐怕他們向我誇耀；我失腳的時候，他們向我誇大。
17For I am ready to fall, And my sorrow is continually before me.
17我幾乎跌倒；我的痛苦常在我面前。
18For I confess my iniquity; I am full of anxiety because of my sin.
18我要承認我的罪孽；我要因我的罪憂愁。
19But my enemies are vigorous [and] strong, And many are those who hate me wrongfully.
19但我的仇敵又活潑又強壯，無理恨我的增多了。
20And those who repay evil for good, They oppose me, because I follow what is good.
20以惡報善的與我作對，因我是追求良善。
21Do not forsake me, O LORD; O my God, do not be far from me!
21耶和華啊，求你不要撇棄我！我的神啊，求你不要遠離我！
22Make haste to help me, O Lord, my salvation!
22拯救我的主啊，求你快快幫助我！
