1[A Psalm] of David. A Maskil. How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!
1（大衛的訓誨詩。）得赦免其過、遮蓋其罪的，這人是有福的！
2How blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit!
2凡心裡沒有詭詐、耶和華不算為有罪的，這人是有福的！
3When I kept silent [about my sin], my body wasted away Through my groaning all day long.
3我閉口不認罪的時候，因終日唉哼而骨頭枯乾。
4For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was drained away [as] with the fever heat of summer. Selah.
4黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精液耗盡，如同夏天的乾旱。（細拉）
5I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I did not hide; I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to the LORD'; And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah.
5我向你陳明我的罪，不隱瞞我的惡。我說：我要向耶和華承認我的過犯，你就赦免我的罪惡。（細拉）
6Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.
6為此，凡虔誠人都當趁你可尋找的時候禱告你；大水泛溢的時候，必不能到他那裡。
7You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
7你是我藏身之處；你必保佑我脫離苦難，以得救的樂歌四面環繞我。（細拉）
8I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
8我要教導你，指示你當行的路；我要定睛在你身上勸戒你。
9Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, [Otherwise] they will not come near to you.
9你不可像那無知的騾馬，必用嚼環轡頭勒住他；不然，就不能馴服。
10Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him.
10惡人必多受苦楚；惟獨倚靠耶和華的必有慈愛四面環繞他。
11Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
11你們義人應當靠耶和華歡喜快樂；你們心裡正直的人都當歡呼。
