1'The Levitical priests, the whole tribe of Levi, shall have no portion or inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the LORD'S offerings by fire and His portion.
1祭司利未人和利未全支派必在以色列中無分無業；他們所吃用的就是獻給耶和華的火祭和一切所捐的。
2'They shall have no inheritance among their countrymen; the LORD is their inheritance, as He promised them.
2他們在弟兄中必沒有產業；耶和華是他們的產業，正如耶和華所應許他們的。
3'Now this shall be the priests' due from the people, from those who offer a sacrifice, either an ox or a sheep, of which they shall give to the priest the shoulder and the two cheeks and the stomach.
3祭司從百姓所當得的分乃是這樣：凡獻牛或羊為祭的，要把前腿和兩腮並脾胃給祭司。
4'You shall give him the first fruits of your grain, your new wine, and your oil, and the first shearing of your sheep.
4初收的五穀、新酒和油，並初剪的羊毛，也要給他；
5'For the LORD your God has chosen him and his sons from all your tribes, to stand and serve in the name of the LORD forever.
5因為耶和華─你的神從你各支派中將他揀選出來，使他和他子孫永遠奉耶和華的名侍立，事奉。
6'Now if a Levite comes from any of your towns throughout Israel where he resides, and comes whenever he desires to the place which the LORD chooses,
6利未人無論寄居在以色列中的那一座城，若從那裡出來，一心願意到耶和華所選擇的地方，
7then he shall serve in the name of the LORD his God, like all his fellow Levites who stand there before the LORD.
7就要奉耶和華─他神的名事奉，像他眾弟兄利未人侍立在耶和華面前事奉一樣。
8'They shall eat equal portions, except [what they receive] from the sale of their fathers' [estates].
8除了他賣祖父產業所得的以外，還要得一分祭物與他們同吃。
9'When you enter the land which the LORD your God gives you, you shall not learn to imitate the detestable things of those nations.
9你到了耶和華─你神所賜之地，那些國民所行可憎惡的事，你不可學著行。
10'There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer,
10你們中間不可有人使兒女經火，也不可有占卜的、觀兆的、用法術的、行邪術的、
11or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead.
11用迷術的、交鬼的、行巫術的、過陰的。
12'For whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD; and because of these detestable things the LORD your God will drive them out before you.
12凡行這些事的都為耶和華所憎惡；因那些國民行這可憎惡的事，所以耶和華─你的神將他們從你面前趕出。
13'You shall be blameless before the LORD your God.
13你要在耶和華─你的神面前作完全人。
14'For those nations, which you shall dispossess, listen to those who practice witchcraft and to diviners, but as for you, the LORD your God has not allowed you [to do] so.
14因你所要趕出的那些國民都聽信觀兆的和占卜的，至於你，耶和華─你的神從來不許你這樣行。
15'The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your countrymen, you shall listen to him.
15耶和華─你的神要從你們弟兄中間給你興起一位先知，像我，你們要聽從他。
16'This is according to all that you asked of the LORD your God in Horeb on the day of the assembly, saying, 'Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, let me not see this great fire anymore, or I will die.'
16正如你在何烈山大會的日子求耶和華─你神一切的話，說：求你不再叫我聽見耶和華─我 神的聲音，也不再叫我看見這大火，免得我死亡。
17'The LORD said to me, 'They have spoken well.
17耶和華就對我說：他們所說的是。
18'I will raise up a prophet from among their countrymen like you, and I will put My words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him.
18我必在他們弟兄中間給他們興起一位先知，像你。我要將當說的話傳給他；他要將我一切所吩咐的都傳給他們。
19'It shall come about that whoever will not listen to My words which he shall speak in My name, I Myself will require [it] of him.
19誰不聽他奉我名所說的話，我必討誰的罪。
20'But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in My name which I have not commanded him to speak, or which he speaks in the name of other gods, that prophet shall die.'
20若有先知擅敢託我的名說我所未曾吩咐他說的話，或是奉別神的名說話，那先知就必治死。
21'You may say in your heart, 'How will we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?'
21你心裡若說：耶和華所未曾吩咐的話，我們怎能知道呢？
22'When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.
22先知託耶和華的名說話，所說的若不成就，也無效驗，這就是耶和華所未曾吩咐的，是那先知擅自說的，你不要怕他。
