2Let my prayer come before You; Incline Your ear to my cry!
2願我的禱告達到你面前；求你側耳聽我的呼求！
3For my soul has had enough troubles, And my life has drawn near to Sheol.
3因為我心裡滿了患難；我的性命臨近陰間。
4I am reckoned among those who go down to the pit; I have become like a man without strength,
4我算和下坑的人同列，如同無力（或譯：沒有幫助）的人一樣。
5Forsaken among the dead, Like the slain who lie in the grave, Whom You remember no more, And they are cut off from Your hand.
5我被丟在死人中，好像被殺的人躺在墳墓裡。他們是你不再記念的，與你隔絕了。
6You have put me in the lowest pit, In dark places, in the depths.
6你把我放在極深的坑裡，在黑暗地方，在深處。
7Your wrath has rested upon me, And You have afflicted me with all Your waves. Selah.
7你的忿怒重壓我身；你用一切的波浪困住我。（細拉）
8You have removed my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an object of loathing to them; I am shut up and cannot go out.
8你把我所認識的隔在遠處，使我為他們所憎惡；我被拘困，不得出來。
9My eye has wasted away because of affliction; I have called upon You every day, O LORD; I have spread out my hands to You.
9我的眼睛因困苦而乾癟。耶和華啊，我天天求告你，向你舉手。
10Will You perform wonders for the dead? Will the departed spirits rise [and] praise You? Selah.
10你豈要行奇事給死人看麼？難道陰魂還能起來稱讚你麼？（細拉）
11Will Your lovingkindness be declared in the grave, Your faithfulness in Abaddon?
11豈能在墳墓裡述說你的慈愛麼？豈能在滅亡中述說你的信實麼？
12Will Your wonders be made known in the darkness? And Your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
12你的奇事豈能在幽暗裡被知道麼？你的公義豈能在忘記之地被知道麼？
13But I, O LORD, have cried out to You for help, And in the morning my prayer comes before You.
13耶和華啊，我呼求你；我早晨的禱告要達到你面前。
14O LORD, why do You reject my soul? [Why] do You hide Your face from me?
14耶和華啊，你為何丟棄我？為何掩面不顧我？
15I was afflicted and about to die from my youth on; I suffer Your terrors; I am overcome.
15我自幼受苦，幾乎死亡；我受你的驚恐，甚至慌張。
16Your burning anger has passed over me; Your terrors have destroyed me.
16你的烈怒漫過我身；你的驚嚇把我剪除。
17They have surrounded me like water all day long; They have encompassed me altogether.
17這些終日如水環繞我，一齊都來圍困我。
18You have removed lover and friend far from me; My acquaintances are [in] darkness.
18你把我的良朋密友隔在遠處，使我所認識的人進入黑暗裡。
