2'When I select an appointed time, It is I who judge with equity.
2我到了所定的日期，必按正直施行審判。
3'The earth and all who dwell in it melt; It is I who have firmly set its pillars. Selah.
3地和其上的居民都消化了；我曾立了地的柱子。（細拉）
4'I said to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' And to the wicked, 'Do not lift up the horn;
4我對狂傲人說：不要行事狂傲！對凶惡人說：不要舉角！
5Do not lift up your horn on high, Do not speak with insolent pride.''
5不要把你們的角高舉；不要挺著頸項說話。
6For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the desert [comes] exaltation;
6因為高舉非從東，非從西，也非從南而來。
7But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another.
7惟有神斷定；他使這人降卑，使那人升高。
8For a cup is in the hand of the LORD, and the wine foams; It is well mixed, and He pours out of this; Surely all the wicked of the earth must drain [and] drink down its dregs.
8耶和華手裡有杯，其中的酒起沫，杯內滿了攙雜的酒；他倒出來，地上的惡人必都喝這酒的渣滓，而且喝盡。
9But as for me, I will declare [it] forever; I will sing praises to the God of Jacob.
9但我要宣揚，直到永遠！我要歌頌雅各的神！
10And all the horns of the wicked He will cut off, [But] the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.
10惡人一切的角，我要砍斷；惟有義人的角必被高舉。
