1A Maskil of Asaph. O God, why have You rejected [us] forever? Why does Your anger smoke against the sheep of Your pasture?
1（亞薩的訓誨詩。）神啊，你為何永遠丟棄我們呢？你為何向你草場的羊發怒，如煙冒出呢？
2Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old, Which You have redeemed to be the tribe of Your inheritance; [And] this Mount Zion, where You have dwelt.
2求你記念你古時所得來的會眾，就是你所贖﹔作你產業支派的，並記念你向來所居住的錫安山。
3Turn Your footsteps toward the perpetual ruins; The enemy has damaged everything within the sanctuary.
3求你舉步去看那日久荒涼之地，仇敵在聖所中所行的一切惡事。
4Your adversaries have roared in the midst of Your meeting place; They have set up their own standards for signs.
4你的敵人在你會中吼叫；他們豎了自己的旗為記號。
5It seems as if one had lifted up [His] axe in a forest of trees.
5他們好像人揚起斧子，砍伐林中的樹。
6And now all its carved work They smash with hatchet and hammers.
6聖所中一切雕刻的，他們現在用斧子錘子打壞了。
7They have burned Your sanctuary to the ground; They have defiled the dwelling place of Your name.
7他們用火焚燒你的聖所，褻瀆你名的居所，拆毀到地。
8They said in their heart, 'Let us completely subdue them.' They have burned all the meeting places of God in the land.
8他們心裡說：我們要盡行毀滅；他們就在遍地把神的會所都燒燬了。
9We do not see our signs; There is no longer any prophet, Nor is there any among us who knows how long.
9我們不見我們的標幟，不再有先知；我們內中也沒有人知道這災禍要到幾時呢！
10How long, O God, will the adversary revile, [And] the enemy spurn Your name forever?
10神啊，敵人辱罵要到幾時呢？仇敵褻瀆你的名要到永遠麼？
11Why do You withdraw Your hand, even Your right hand? From within Your bosom, destroy [them]!
11你為甚麼縮回你的右手？求你從懷中伸出來，毀滅他們。
12Yet God is my king from of old, Who works deeds of deliverance in the midst of the earth.
12神自古以來為我的王，在地上施行拯救。
13You divided the sea by Your strength; You broke the heads of the sea monsters in the waters.
13你曾用能力將海分開，將水中大魚的頭打破。
14You crushed the heads of Leviathan; You gave him as food for the creatures of the wilderness.
14你曾砸碎鱷魚的頭，把他給曠野的禽獸（禽獸：原文是民）為食物。
15You broke open springs and torrents; You dried up ever-flowing streams.
15你曾分裂磐石，水便成了溪河；你使長流的江河乾了。
16Yours is the day, Yours also is the night; You have prepared the light and the sun.
16白晝屬你，黑夜也屬你；亮光和日頭是你所預備的。
17You have established all the boundaries of the earth; You have made summer and winter.
17地的一切疆界是你所立的；夏天和冬天是你所定的。
18Remember this, O LORD, that the enemy has reviled, And a foolish people has spurned Your name.
18耶和華啊，仇敵辱罵，愚頑民褻瀆了你的名，求你記念這事。
19Do not deliver the soul of Your turtledove to the wild beast; Do not forget the life of Your afflicted forever.
19不要將你斑鳩的性命交給野獸；不要永遠忘記你困苦人的性命。
20Consider the covenant; For the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence.
20求你顧念所立的約，因為地上黑暗之處都滿了強暴的居所。
21Let not the oppressed return dishonored; Let the afflicted and needy praise Your name.
21不要叫受欺壓的人蒙羞回去；要叫困苦窮乏的人讚美你的名。
22Arise, O God, [and] plead Your own cause; Remember how the foolish man reproaches You all day long.
22神啊，求你起來為自己伸訴！要記念愚頑人怎樣終日辱罵你。
23Do not forget the voice of Your adversaries, The uproar of those who rise against You which ascends continually.
23不要忘記你敵人的聲音；那起來敵你之人的喧嘩時常上升。
