1Why are the nations in an uproar And the peoples devising a vain thing?
1外邦為甚麼爭鬧？萬民為甚麼謀算虛妄的事？
2The kings of the earth take their stand And the rulers take counsel together Against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying,
2世上的君王一齊起來，臣宰一同商議，要敵擋耶和華並他的受膏者，
3'Let us tear their fetters apart And cast away their cords from us!'
3說：我們要掙開他們的捆綁，脫去他們的繩索。
4He who sits in the heavens laughs, The Lord scoffs at them.
4那坐在天上的必發笑；主必嗤笑他們。
5Then He will speak to them in His anger And terrify them in His fury, saying,
5那時，他要在怒中責備他們，在烈怒中驚嚇他們，
6'But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.'
6說：我已經立我的君在錫安─我的聖山上了。
7'I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, 'You are My Son, Today I have begotten You.
7受膏者說：我要傳聖旨。耶和華曾對我說：你是我的兒子，我今日生你。
8'Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, And the [very] ends of the earth as Your possession.
8你求我，我就將列國賜你為基業，將地極賜你為田產。
9'You shall break them with a rod of iron, You shall shatter them like earthenware.''
9你必用鐵杖打破他們；你必將他們如同窯匠的瓦器摔碎。
10Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; Take warning, O judges of the earth.
10現在，你們君王應當省悟！你們世上的審判官該受管教！
11Worship the LORD with reverence And rejoice with trembling.
11當存畏懼事奉耶和華，又當存戰兢而快樂。
12Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish [in] the way, For His wrath may soon be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him!
12當以嘴親子，恐怕他發怒，你們便在道中滅亡，因為他的怒氣快要發作。凡投靠他的，都是有福的。
