Zechariah 2

¹Then I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, [there was] a man with a measuring line in his hand.

¹我又舉目觀看，見一人手拿準繩。

²So I said, 'Where are you going?' And he said to me, 'To measure Jerusalem, to see how wide it is and how long it is.'

²我說：你往哪裡去？他對我說：要去量耶路撒冷，看有多寬多長。

³And behold, the angel who was speaking with me was going out, and another angel was coming out to meet him,

³與我說話的天使去的時候，又有一位天使迎著他來，

⁴and said to him, 'Run, speak to that young man, saying, 'Jerusalem will be inhabited without walls because of the multitude of men and cattle within it.

⁴對他說：你跑去告訴那少年人說，耶路撒冷必有人居住，好像無城牆的鄉村，因為人民和牲畜甚多。

⁵'For I,' declares the LORD, 'will be a wall of fire around her, and I will be the glory in her midst.''

⁵耶和華說：我要作耶路撒冷四圍的火城，並要作其中的榮耀。

⁶'Ho there! Flee from the land of the north,' declares the LORD, 'for I have dispersed you as the four winds of the heavens,' declares the LORD.

⁶耶和華說：我從前分散你們在天的四方（原文是猶如天的四風），現在你們要從北方之地逃回。這是耶和華說的。

⁷'Ho, Zion! Escape, you who are living with the daughter of Babylon.'

⁷與巴比倫人同住的錫安民哪，應當逃脫。

⁸For thus says the LORD of hosts, 'After glory He has sent me against the nations which plunder you, for he who touches you, touches the apple of His eye.

⁸萬軍之耶和華說，在顯出榮耀之後，差遣我去懲罰那擄掠你們的列國，摸你們的就是摸他眼中的瞳人。

⁹'For behold, I will wave My hand over them so that they will be plunder for their slaves. Then you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me.

⁹看哪，我（或譯：他）要向他們掄手，他們就必作服事他們之人的擄物，你們便知道萬軍之耶和華差遣我了。

¹⁰'Sing for joy and be glad, O daughter of Zion; for behold I am coming and I will dwell in your midst,' declares the LORD.

¹⁰錫安城啊，應當歡樂歌唱，因為我來要住在你中間。這是耶和華說的。

¹¹'Many nations will join themselves to the LORD in that day and will become My people. Then I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the LORD of hosts has sent Me to you.

¹¹那時，必有許多國歸附耶和華，作他（原文是我）的子民。他（原文是我）要住在你中間，你就知道萬軍之耶和華差遣我到你那裡去了。

¹²'The LORD will possess Judah as His portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.

¹²耶和華必收回猶大作他聖地的分，也必再揀選耶路撒冷。

¹³'Be silent, all flesh, before the LORD; for He is aroused from His holy habitation.'

¹³凡有血氣的都當在耶和華面前靜默無聲；因為他興起，從聖所出來了。
