1For the choir director; upon Aijeleth Hashshahar. A Psalm of David. My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Far from my deliverance are the words of my groaning.
1（大衛的詩，交與伶長。調用朝鹿。）我的神，我的神！為甚麼離棄我？為甚麼遠離不救我？不聽我唉哼的言語？
2O my God, I cry by day, but You do not answer; And by night, but I have no rest.
2我的神啊，我白日呼求，你不應允，夜間呼求，並不住聲。
3Yet You are holy, O You who are enthroned upon the praises of Israel.
3但你是聖潔的，是用以色列的讚美為寶座（或譯：居所）的。
4In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You delivered them.
4我們的祖宗倚靠你；他們倚靠你，你便解救他們。
5To You they cried out and were delivered; In You they trusted and were not disappointed.
5他們哀求你，便蒙解救；他們倚靠你，就不羞愧。
6But I am a worm and not a man, A reproach of men and despised by the people.
6但我是蟲，不是人，被眾人羞辱，被百姓藐視。
7All who see me sneer at me; They separate with the lip, they wag the head, [saying],
7凡看見我的都嗤笑我；他們撇嘴搖頭，說：
8'Commit [yourself] to the LORD; let Him deliver him; Let Him rescue him, because He delights in him.'
8他把自己交託耶和華，耶和華可以救他罷！耶和華既喜悅他，可以搭救他罷！
9Yet You are He who brought me forth from the womb; You made me trust [when] upon my mother's breasts.
9但你是叫我出母腹的；我在母懷裡，你就使我有倚靠的心。
10Upon You I was cast from birth; You have been my God from my mother's womb.
10我自出母胎就被交在你手裡；從我母親生我，你就是我的神。
11Be not far from me, for trouble is near; For there is none to help.
11求你不要遠離我！因為急難臨近了，沒有人幫助我。
12Many bulls have surrounded me; Strong [bulls] of Bashan have encircled me.
12有許多公牛圍繞我，巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
13They open wide their mouth at me, As a ravening and a roaring lion.
13他們向我張口，好像抓撕吼叫的獅子。
14I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.
14我如水被倒出來；我的骨頭都脫了節；我心在我裡面如蠟鎔化。
15My strength is dried up like a potsherd, And my tongue cleaves to my jaws; And You lay me in the dust of death.
15我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片；我的舌頭貼在我牙床上。你將我安置在死地的塵土中。
16For dogs have surrounded me; A band of evildoers has encompassed me; They pierced my hands and my feet.
16犬類圍著我，惡黨環繞我；他們扎了我的手，我的腳。
17I can count all my bones. They look, they stare at me;
17我的骨頭，我都能數過；他們瞪著眼看我。
18They divide my garments among them, And for my clothing they cast lots.
18他們分我的外衣，為我的裡衣拈鬮。
19But You, O LORD, be not far off; O You my help, hasten to my assistance.
19耶和華啊，求你不要遠離我！我的救主啊，求你快來幫助我！
20Deliver my soul from the sword, My only [life] from the power of the dog.
20求你救我的靈魂脫離刀劍，救我的生命（生命：原文是獨一者）脫離犬類，
21Save me from the lion's mouth; From the horns of the wild oxen You answer me.
21救我脫離獅子的口；你已經應允我，使我脫離野牛的角。
22I will tell of Your name to my brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.
22我要將你的名傳與我的弟兄，在會中我要讚美你。
23You who fear the LORD, praise Him; All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him, And stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of Israel.
23你們敬畏耶和華的人要讚美他！雅各的後裔都要榮耀他！以色列的後裔都要懼怕他！
24For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; Nor has He hidden His face from him; But when he cried to Him for help, He heard.
24因為他沒有藐視憎惡受苦的人，也沒有向他掩面；那受苦之人呼籲的時候，他就垂聽。
25From You [comes] my praise in the great assembly; I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him.
25我在大會中讚美你的話是從你而來的；我要在敬畏耶和華的人面前還我的願。
26The afflicted will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek Him will praise the LORD. Let your heart live forever!
26謙卑的人必吃得飽足；尋求耶和華的人必讚美他。願你們的心永遠活著！
27All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
27地的四極都要想念耶和華，並且歸順他；列國的萬族都要在你面前敬拜。
28For the kingdom is the LORD'S And He rules over the nations.
28因為國權是耶和華的；他是管理萬國的。
29All the prosperous of the earth will eat and worship, All those who go down to the dust will bow before Him, Even he who cannot keep his soul alive.
29地上一切豐肥的人必吃喝而敬拜；凡下到塵土中─不能存活自己性命的人─都要在他面前下拜。
30Posterity will serve Him; It will be told of the Lord to the [coming] generation.
30他必有後裔事奉他；主所行的事必傳與後代。
31They will come and will declare His righteousness To a people who will be born, that He has performed [it].
31他們必來把他的公義傳給將要生的民，言明這事是他所行的。
