1When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him.
1耶穌下了山，有許多人跟著他。
2And a leper came to Him and bowed down before Him, and said, 'Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.'
2有一個長大痲瘋的來拜他，說：主若肯，必能叫我潔淨了。
3Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, 'I am willing; be cleansed.' And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
3耶穌伸手摸他，說：我肯，你潔淨了罷！他的大痲瘋立刻就潔淨了。
4And Jesus said to him, 'See that you tell no one; but go, show yourself to the priest and present the offering that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.'
4耶穌對他說：你切不可告訴人，只要去把身體給祭司察看，獻上摩西所吩咐的禮物，對眾人作證據。
5And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, imploring Him,
5耶穌進了迦百農，有一個百夫長進前來，求他說：
6and saying, 'Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented.'
6主阿，我的僕人害癱瘓病，躺在家裡，甚是疼苦。
7Jesus said to him, 'I will come and heal him.'
7耶穌說：我去醫治他。
8But the centurion said, 'Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
8百夫長回答說：主阿，你到我舍下，我不敢當；只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。
9'For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, 'Go!' and he goes, and to another, 'Come!' and he comes, and to my slave, 'Do this!' and he does [it].'
9因為我在人的權下，也有兵在我以下；對這個說：去！他就去；對那個說：來！他就來；對我的僕人說：你作這事！他就去作。
10Now when Jesus heard [this], He marveled and said to those who were following, 'Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.
10耶穌聽見就希奇，對跟從的人說：我實在告訴你們，這麼大的信心，就是在以色列中，我也沒有遇見過。
11'I say to you that many will come from east and west, and recline [at the table] with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven;
11我又告訴你們，從東從西，將有許多人來，在天國裡與亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各一同坐席；
12but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
12惟有本國的子民竟被趕到外邊黑暗裡去，在那裡必要哀哭切齒了。
13And Jesus said to the centurion, 'Go; it shall be done for you as you have believed.' And the servant was healed that [very] moment.
13耶穌對百夫長說：你回去罷！照你的信心，給你成全了。那時，他的僕人就好了。
14When Jesus came into Peter's home, He saw his mother-in-law lying sick in bed with a fever.
14耶穌到了彼得家裡，見彼得的岳母害熱病躺著。
15He touched her hand, and the fever left her; and she got up and waited on Him.
15耶穌把他的手一摸，熱就退了；他就起來服事耶穌。
16When evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill.
16到了晚上，有人帶著許多被鬼附的來到耶穌跟前，他只用一句話就把鬼都趕出去，並且治好了一切有病的人。
17[This was] to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: 'HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND CARRIED AWAY OUR DISEASES.'
17這是要應驗先知以賽亞的話，說：他代替我們的軟弱，擔當我們的疾病。
18Now when Jesus saw a crowd around Him, He gave orders to depart to the other side [of the sea].
18耶穌見許多人圍著他，就吩咐渡到那邊去。
19Then a scribe came and said to Him, 'Teacher, I will follow You wherever You go.'
19有一個文士來，對他說：夫子，你無論往那裡去，我要跟從你。
20Jesus said to him, 'The foxes have holes and the birds of the air [have] nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.'
20耶穌說：狐狸有洞，天空的飛鳥有窩，人子卻沒有枕頭的地方。
21Another of the disciples said to Him, 'Lord, permit me first to go and bury my father.'
21又有一個門徒對耶穌說：主阿，容我先回去埋葬我的父親。
22But Jesus said to him, 'Follow Me, and allow the dead to bury their own dead.'
22耶穌說：任憑死人埋葬他們的死人；你跟從我罷！
23When He got into the boat, His disciples followed Him.
23耶穌上了船，門徒跟著他。
24And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being covered with the waves; but Jesus Himself was asleep.
24海裡忽然起了暴風，甚至船被波浪掩蓋；耶穌卻睡著了。
25And they came to [Him] and woke Him, saying, 'Save [us], Lord; we are perishing!'
25門徒來叫醒了他，說：主阿，救我們，我們喪命啦！
26He said to them, 'Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?' Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm.
26耶穌說：你們這小信的人哪，為甚麼膽怯呢？於是起來，斥責風和海，風和海就大大的平靜了。
27The men were amazed, and said, 'What kind of a man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey Him?'
27眾人希奇，說：這是怎樣的人？連風和海也聽從他了！
28When He came to the other side into the country of the Gadarenes, two men who were demon-possessed met Him as they were coming out of the tombs. [They were] so extremely violent that no one could pass by that way.
28耶穌既渡到那邊去，來到加大拉人的地方，就有兩個被鬼附的人從墳塋裡出來迎著他，極其兇猛，甚至沒有人能從那條路上經過。
29And they cried out, saying, 'What business do we have with each other, Son of God? Have You come here to torment us before the time?'
29他們喊著說：神的兒子，我們與你有甚麼相干？時候還沒有到，你就上這裡來叫我們受苦麼？
30Now there was a herd of many swine feeding at a distance from them.
30離他們很遠，有一大群豬吃食。
31The demons [began] to entreat Him, saying, 'If You [are] [going to] cast us out, send us into the herd of swine.'
31鬼就央求耶穌，說：若把我們趕出去，就打發我們進入豬群罷！
32And He said to them, 'Go!' And they came out and went into the swine, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea and perished in the waters.
32耶穌說：去罷！鬼就出來，進入豬群。全群忽然闖下山崖，投在海裡淹死了。
33The herdsmen ran away, and went to the city and reported everything, including what had happened to the demoniacs.
33放豬的就逃跑進城，將這一切事和被鬼附的人所遭遇的都告訴人。
34And behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus; and when they saw Him, they implored Him to leave their region.
34合城的人都出來迎見耶穌，既見了就央求他離開他們的境界。
